Last night I had a very tolerable, ordinary Portuguese meal of grilled, fresh sardines, green salad, and boiled potatoes. The service was passable. The dining room was dated, not quaint.
The cheese I had for dessert was of Portuguese supermarket quality. About a third of the customers were locals, the rest tourists. It's not a restaurant I'd seek out again in a hurry.
