Really interesting to visit and you can learn all about the history of atomium too. The lift will take you to the top for great city views. One thing I would point out once you’ve been to the top and back down you’re free to then access the other levels... you are made aware of how many stairs but it’s not overly clear that a number of segments are stairs only and a fair amount of them not short stair cases ... I wonder if perhaps a warning would have been good for anyone with any mobility issues .... however it’s do able as long as you’re ok with a couple of fairly long flights of stairs both up and down .... worth visiting ... we explored the gardens around atomium too which were lovely

A lovely way to waste an hour - Shame about the rude restaurant staff, save your money and get a drink outside instead!

The view from above is really beatiful, at night the balls are lightened up and looks pretty cool, the restaurant at the top is expensive.

Near a beautiful park (Parc Laeken) that includes the royal family castle in Brussels, this restored monument from the 1958 World's Fair is a great photo op as well as an interesting, and challenging, structure to see inside as well.
