On arrival the guy on the desk was unfriendly and robotic. We asked if we could borrow a high chair for our daughter but he wouldn't allow us too, even though we offered to bring it down to the restaurant every morning.
When we got to the room the key didn't work and we were treated by house keeping who hasn't yet put the cot bed in the room. We waited awkwardly in the corridor with house keeping for a good 15 mins while they tried to locate a key that worked. Eventually someone came to say we couldn't stay in the room and we were taken to a different room.
The house keeping staff were friendly but lacking in knowledge and common sense.
The room was clean but very tired and tatty.
Our daughter woke up with bites on her face, hands and feet from both mornings from something we suspect could be in the cot.
Sadly an underwhelming experience, however, the hotel has a lot of potential to be great given the chance.More
