I had a fantastic experience at the camping Colleverde. I initially reserved for 3 nights a place in a tent for 2, but they kindly offered me a free upgrade in a business class bungalow. Each and every aspect was perfect, clean, with free linens and wi-fi. Spaces aren't big, but there is anyhing necessary, including a small refrigerator. The bathroom is perfect, clean and with an outstanding shower, hot and with perfect pressure of water. In addition, each and every employee was nice and Always willing to help. I will be keen to go stay there again!

Really enjoyed our 4 day stay in one of the mobile homes. Found it clean with both heating and cooling! The pool is amazing!
You'll also find a small store and pizza restaurant on the premises.
There is a good bus connection to and from town and if you like walking you can make it to the Duomo in 40 minutes no problem! Taxi was about €10.
Ultimately it was the perfect choice for us with our 10 year old son who needs to move about, swim and make new friends.

We stayed here in a campervan for 3 nights in early March 2016. The site had only just opened for the season. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. There is a bus which takes you into Siena and the stop is just outside the campsite entrance but we decided to take the 25 minute walk into the centre. This walk involves a windy downhill lane which has no footpaths at times but it is not a busy road. Once you reach the train station on your walk you enter a shopping mall and then take 8-10 escalators to reach the top of the hill which Siena sits on. This is all free and part of the experience. Siena is beautiful and well worth a visit. The campsite staff recommended Osteria il Carocchia for a meal so we gave it a whirl. We tried the Taste of Tuscany 5 course meal. Very nice and very filling, large portions, the cost was 60 euros for 2 people which included wine, water and coffee!
We also caught the bus from Siena centre to San Gamiggiano another beautiful place worth visiting whilst you're in the area.
The campervan plots were hardstanding gravel, easy to hook up to electricity and you receive a discount in low season with an acsi card. The shower rooms and toilets were very clean and tidy. The site was well maintained and we would definitely recommend it.
We would love to return to Siena when the Palio horse race takes place in July and August, that must be a great experience.
Thank you Camp Colliverde for a lovely stay, we will be back!

The two of us had all what we needed for three days. We had a cute bedroom and shower. There is a restaurant and bar on the site, a swimming pool and you're only a bus ride away from the centre of Sienna. If you like the urban lifestyle, but enjoy a nice, green area to sleep, then I can definitively recommend this place :)

The reception provided maps and bus times!

Room Tip: If you want more privacy, choose for one of the larger bungalows!
