We enjoyed the peacefulness and quietness of the location. Great for the whole family. Food was great, the mini club was well organized. High praise to Christina and analisa for their hard work keeping the kids happy. They deserve a special thanks. I loved the apartment, it was spacious and the air conditioning perfect. The gardens and walking areas are well maintained and loved. I would be happy to return.

I was kindly greeted at the Reception and taken to my room on the other side of the property in a golf cart, while also given a tour of where I could find the restaurant and pool. The room was nicely prepared and very clean. With the windows open you could have a nice cool breeze in the summertime. I enjoyed a nice cold beer at the bar after a long day at the beach and a filling buffet breakfast the next morning at the restaurant. Great service, a wonderful location just 20 minutes walking to the beach and a lovely stay overall. Thanks!

Room tip: Ground floor rooms have private gazebos in front of them

This is a former factory turned into a resort, very beautifuly located.
All apartments have fully equipped kitchens and the spaces are quite generous, not only inside, but outdoors too.
Olympic swimming pool, two other smaller pools, tennis and other sports available, fitness room.
Very pleasant experience, I would only have to point out two details that I didn't like. First, there is no cleaning service once you're lodged, no change of towels or bed sheets. Second, if you don't arrive by car you are limited to staying in the resort, the nearest beach is too far to go walking, but there is a rent-a-bike service inside the resort.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, large grounds with pools, tennis courts and good restaurant. Room was a good size one bedroom apartment. It is out in the countryside and so you need a car to drive everywhere. Within two hours drive from Rome, Sienna and Florence. You can relax between trips with local places such as beaches at Baratti and San Vincenzo. Ferries to Elba from Piombino and Campiglia Marittima. Internet was good near main block, but patchy elsewhere. Venue had washing machines and dryers available and a small store.

Room tip: Choose a room that looks towards pool area for better internet and better views.

We planned to stay for a week, but left after three days because the location is very remote. Our goal was to tour the West and North portions of Tuscany, but we were tucked in a corner, so travel to Livorno, Pisa, Lucca, Chianti and Florence were far, upwards of two hours. This is a really nice place if you want to stay put, spending time in Piambino and neighboring areas. It's a nice place with an active family, because the pools are great and the restaurant accommodating. It's not a great place if it's your first trip to Tuscany and you want to see the sights.

Room tip: The second floor rooms have a balcony, which is nice to enjoy a glass of wine
