Great location, walking distance to Piazza dei Miracoli and restaurants, 20E can ride to airport. Clean, large room, good breakfast. Nice terrace with view of Tower and Duomo, rooftops. Small bar. Friendly staff. Why do i need to write 200 characters minimum?!

Room tip: In the morning can ride to airport, we ended up behind garbage pickup truck, took 20min longer than expected. Pisa airport busy, allow extra time

We stayed here in the last leg of a 10 trip to Italy. We were pleasantly surprised by what Pisa had to offer, it is more than just the tower!

The hotel itself is in a great location. It is a 5 min walk to the Tower and less than 5 mins to the main restaurant area and the river.

The rooms are basic, but clean and the shower is good. Breakfast is standard Italian continental affair with good selection and fresh croissants.

The service was above and beyond expectations. We had ordered a taxi for the airport and it had not shown up. We weee going to miss our flight. The owners father drove us to the airport!

First class. Thank you!

Everything about our visit went smoothly. Our group of three couples appreciated that the staff is friendly and helpful (and speaks English!). The hotel is well-situated in a nice neighborhood, a short walk from the tower and a reasonable walk from the train station. They graciously permitted us to store our bags before check-in and after check-out. Although tiny (a tight squeeze for 2 people + luggage), the elevator was much appreciated. Our room in the medieval wing was immaculate and comfortable, with a small balcony, high ceilings with decorative painting, and good air conditioning. There is a small PAM grocery around the corner We only wish the hotel staff had told us about the rooftop terrace that I am reading about here! Continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful. (Don't miss the orange/carrot/lemon juice. Sounds weird, but it is delicious!)

Room tip: We were very pleased with our upper level/balcony room in the medieval (tower) section.

Friendly and welcoming staff only too happy to help, especially the guy on reception (sorry can’t remember his name ). The location is great next so many nice restaurants and close to the tower. The breakfast was great sling with the room we had which was charming.

Room tip: If you are on a budget it takes just 15 mins walk from railway station so no need for a cab which goes round the houses to get there.

For my first time in Pisa I’m very pleased with my stay at Hotel di Stefano, solo female traveler, in a standard single room. Two nights booked directly via the hotel’s own website; €198 including continental breakfast. In addition city tax at €1.50 per night.

My room looked exactly like the room in the photos on their website. Very clean, comfortable queen size bed, efficient A/C, mini fridge, shower with a rain shower and a hand shower, hairdryer, fluffy towels.

I walked from and to Pisa Centrale train station with my roller suitcase, 15-20 minutes and pretty straight forward.

The hotel is close to everything, yet located in a quiet side street. I’m a light sleeper and slept through the night without any disturbance.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful!

A grocery store, Supermercato Pam, is nearby which is handy for drinks and snacks.

The real treat is the roof terrace as many other reviewers have mentioned. I spent both morning there by myself enjoying the almost 360 degree view.

I will be back!
