Very friendly and very helpful staff at hotel. Clean an comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. We stayed for three nights in total. Mini bar in rooms are well stocked and reasonable prices. Would thoroughly recommend !

We stayed in this hotel for one night last year and returned for 3 nights in July. Once again we had a lovely stay - warm welcome from Luisa - good room, lovely breakfast and a lovely place to sit outside after a busy day.

Hotel is quite rundown and old. Had remnants of being quite classy when it was new, but poor maintenance over the years... Ok place to stay for a night or two. Good location close to the railway station :).

My wife and I booked this hotel for a short break through Jet2 Holidays. The hotel itself is 5 minutes walk away from both the station and a main square. It is an old mansion house which has been converted to an hotel with character. The bedrooms are large with high ceilings ours still had a fireplace in it. We had a balcony with small armchairs as seats - better than the usual plastic variety. The bathroom was modern with a bidet included.

For breakfast you can sit out in the enclosed coutyard which we found a bonus. The breakfast is continental style with a wide choice.

What makes this hotel is the standard of service. The owners have it right. They were able to advise on good quality restaurants and book them for us. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there and the hotel at my request arranged for a bottle of wine to be in the room as a surprise for my wife. It is the little touches you remember when staying in a hotel and the Alessandro does these to perfection.

If we ever return to Pisa we would stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now - it has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. Comfortable rooms with ensuite, super breakfast out in the garden with a nice selection of things to eat. The air conditioning was a godsend. It is just a short walk from the station and not far from the airport. By the way since I was last in Pisa, there is no bus now from the airport to the station. It has been replaced by a shuttle train which costs 2.70 euros one way so either make sure you have the change for the machine or you can pay with a card. It is very quick.
