The hotel is in a great location in the main pedestrian area of Pisa and is walkable to everything you want to see in Pisa. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Apparently it closes some days at 9pm, some at 10pm. Breakfast was very nice and offered many options. Rooms are sparse, but included the needed items. Our room was tucked away on the 4th floor and not accessible by elevator. The room felt quite claustrophobic as noting was visible from the windows as unknown things were blocking them, apparently from other buildings terraces. Room needed a little extra housekeeping as there was visible mold growing on the wall near the window and bed. For us, the hotel served its purpose as a quick place to rest for an overnight stay, but would likely not stay here again.
