The personel is great and helpful. Thought of little details (borrow extra towels for the beach and travel breakfast kit). Noisy hotel; street noise and noise on the hallway and between rooms. Shower was hanging loose, and few light points.

Large room with 2 bathrooms, very tired and in need of upgrade. Clean and functional. Breakfast very limited and milk warm, although ‘Merlina’ chilled a bottle for us for the 2nd morning. In an industrial area but bus service regular and seems reliable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very limited food options nearby although hotel has microwave and vending machine has meals. Would consider a huh grade hotel if returned in the future. Easy to reach Leaning tower, Cathedral & Baptistry by public transport.

We stayed here for one night. We were greeted by a smiley, helpful member of staff on the front desk (Gaia, I think her name was) she explained all the information we needed to know v clearly & even recommended a fantastic restaurant v near the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good value too. We would definitely recommend this B&B hotel for a short stay, you know what you’re getting & they don’t disappoint
