This is a great hotel - perfect location for visiting Lucca as just outside the walls and easy for car parking . All the staff were so friendly and helpful . Room was lovely and very efficient windows as very little traffic noise . Free use of push bikes to use in Lucca was brilliant.

Nice hotel just outside the old town wall, so you don't have to deal with the ZTL driving issue. They have bikes to use to drive around the old city. Staff helpful. Breakfast was just OK, but it was because of Covid restrictions. Rooms comfortable
Stayed one night here. Well located and comfortable hotel just outside the town walls. It caters mainly to business but there seemed to be also many tourist travellers. The rooms are modern and functional and have effective aircon. There is car parking. There is no restaurant but the breakfast is good. The reception kindly reserved a table at a nearby restaurant, very helpful as the town centre is extremely busy.
Driving in to the old town is very difficult and the Celide being on the ring road is particularly convenient for motorists.

Clean rooms, nice terrace. Has bikes to rent. Across the walled city of Lucca. Would recommend. Breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and friendly. The bed was comfy and I slept good. The room was quiet.
The spa is closed due to covid.
Hotel ideally situated a short walk from the City centre. Initially we were a little disappointed with our room, however it was very reasonably priced but would recommend the superior room. Throughout our stay the staff could not do enough and were helpful in every way. helped us find another hotel in the countryside, booked dinner reservations and served our drinks. We loaned bicycles from the hotel which made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed here recently and it was a very nice and functional hotel. The rooms were 3/4 star but very clean and functional. I had stayed here before and knew what to expect. Previously we went to a very good restaraunt attached to the hotel but we wanted something more casual which we found nearby. Looking at some previous comments I agree car parking is limited but ok, the reception staff were very friendly and breakfast was quite good.
