Just everything you hope for in a B&B, with great service and perfect, central location. Nice, spacious and refurbished rooms, beautiful view from the breakfast room, helpful reception, well-equipped kitchen, etc.

We stayed 3 nights for the beginning of our Italian vacation. The location was perfect. We walked to all the sights. The view from the dining area was stunning. Breakfast was continental style and fine for a quick bite before heading out for the day. The room was bright and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Been there for 2 nights and loved it! Room seems brand new and clean. No noisy at all when you close the windows and nice view of the street from the room. Breakfast was really good and the localization is perfect. I would definitely recommend for couples.
Best choice in the city

We stayed here recently for two nights. It is only a 10 min walk from the main train station in Florence, and is located pretty much right on the river. The Ponte Vecchio bridge is a 5 min walk away.

The welcome we got here was lovely. It's an odd little wooden lift to go up to the top floor where the B&B is located, but I found it quite charming.

The B&B is like one giant apartment with 7/8 rooms coming off of a main hallway, each room has it's own toilet shower etc. The rooms are all beautifully decorated with white furniture, and white sheets etc - It's very calm and beautiful.

Wifi is provided and we never had a problem with this.

Breakfast is served in a communal kitchen overlooking the street, it's lovely - Everyone is on one big table so if you aren't a people person then I would suggest eating later when you'll have the table to yourself. A continental breakfast is provided along with juices etc - It was lovely.

All in all I would definitely stay here again, it's in a great location and the staff were lovely and helpful too.

Room tip: Ask for a room with a direct view onto the street.

We had a lovely few days in this BandB.
Amazing location, friendly staff, good quality.
It is in the bang of florance, could not find a better place to stay if you are a shopaholic. It is right next to the famous shops.
The place is clean and airy, breakfast is great.
There were few things the management need to note, otherwise they are perfect:
Water pressure is non existent unfortunately.
There was one morning that a guy was knocking on the door of the ‘apartment ‘, my husband I opened the door and this guy forced himself in, claiming he was the cleaner. When my husband told him that unfortunately he is not authorized to let him in, and he has to leave and contact the management. He was rude and arrogant, refusing to leave. We are not sure if he was the cleaner indeed, but it is a safety threat. Very interesting experience. There must be a solution. Otherwise we had a very nice stay... would definitely book it again 💗
