Villa Landucci is like a palace in Firenze, from a fairytale, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the inner garden or balcony, away from the crowded streets. It is close to city center, 15-20 mins walk to Dome. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and has many beautiful houses. When I arrived late In the evening, I was amazed to discover the villa, from the garden, to the misterious lobby with the piano, the stairs and my super stylish large and bright room. This is the best place I ever experienced in my travelling so far. Congrats Debora & Matteo!

Just outside the centre th a little balcony to sit out on. Even though it was mid Octoberof Florence is a gem of a bed and breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble for the hosts.
We had a late arriving flight on a Saturday night...no problem. Brilliant arrangements for late sign in.
The room was lovely, with a balcony to sit out on. Even though it was mid October, the weather was still mild. Beware the midges though! The hosts have an ingenius plug in device to minimise the little devils!
Breakfast was lovely. Great coffee, a good selection of cheeses, meats, fruit, and lovely baked goods. The little cakes are so tasty and freshly baked by the host.
This is the perfect place to stay in Florence and would recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

In Florence, staying in the centre and staying outside the centre both have advantages and disadvantages. Villa Landucci is outside the centre: it's a 20 minute walk, flat, through an attractive neighbourhood that (among other things) has ridiculously-good restaurants such as ilbarrinofirenze.it and trattoriadaicocofilippo.com. If you are comfortable walking to and fro, it's worth it: Villa Landucci is an extraordinary place. Very welcoming staff, stunning rooms, first-rate breakfasts, super-clean, quiet street. Not overpriced, and a discount applies for a stay 6 days or longer. Very highly recommended.

We are just 600 meters form the pedestrian zone and there is also a bus for the center.
We love this area of Florence, we think it is really authentic and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay at Villa Landucci :-)

We only stayed 1 night, but found our room very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the coffee awesome. Quite a ways from train station, but it is a doable walk. It was our first time to Florence and would rebook if we ever go back.
