Superb location and absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff where amazing, their recommendation for our birthday dinner was superb. The room was clean and well decorated. Breakfast included champagne and a huge selection of varied breakfast treats.

They advise locking any valuables in the safe and it even says in your room don’t leave things laying around. Totally agree I came back one lunchtime and dropped some purchases, left my silver ring on the desk as it was getting a bit tight in the heat and never saw it again.

Dear Guest,

We thank you for you feedback and really glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay with us.
The hotel is well located in the heart of the city but in a very quiet position.
We recommend to use the safe as it is a standard of security and not because the hotel is not safe.
we are sorry you did not informed the reception about this during your stay to make the appropriate checks.

Looking forward to welcoming you again soon.

Comfortable well equipped room, lavish breakfast, friendly staff. 2 mins from the Uffizi and easy walking distance to Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Pitti Palace etc.
The desk will book tickets for the museums which is really worthwhile given the length of the queues

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights as a treat for her birthday ! Room was outstanding situated on the 5th floor next to the rooftop terrace which we used throughout our visit. Breakfast was continental style and good variety of options however if you wished for omelettes or anything different you were charged extra - why can't Italian hotels provide FRESH orange juice ? The concierge and staff at the hotel were first class and the location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. My only negative would be the steep prices for drinks and food but it is a five star hotel.

The hotel is located in the centre of Florence with short access to all the key tourist sites. The receptionists are AMAZING very welcoming, kind, happy to help - go above and beyond to assist.

Now the negatives. Very expensive room service. Room service menu is limited especially for vegans. The hotel room is old fashioned and dated. There are mirrors in the hotel that are tarnished and old. It doesn't look like interior is being taken care of. We had no access to water in the bathroom on the day of checking out for a few hours which was horrific. I would class this hotel as four stars not five.

Dear Guest,

We thank you for your feedback and comments.
The hotel is few steps from the main city interesting points such as the Uffizi Gallery and Piazza della Signoria and our staff is attentive and helpful.
We offer a Le Cles D’Or concierge service to assist guests with commitment and enthusiasm.

Our service is tailor made in every detail therefore in case of vegan dishes or dietary restrictions we are always glad to offer tailor made alternatives. The hotel rooms have all been renovated with the modern comfort and elegant antiques and parquet floor, keeping the authenticity of the hotel and the classic atmosphere of a 15th century building: the decorative mirrors are deliberately tarnished to reproduce an antique atmosphere.

Concerning the water issue for which we apoplogize we had a technical problem and a temporary interruption of the water supply: our staff has been in touch with all our customers to keep them updated on the situation that was solved in a couple of hours.

We hope to have you again as one of our guest.

We remain with our best regards,

We stay eight nights at Bernini Palace. The concierge was so helpful before we even arrived...making recommendations to my questions and making reservations for us at area restaurants. Their suggestions were all excellent. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job and they were especially attentive to our schedules regarding cleaning the room and preparing for the night. Breakfast here was in a gorgeous room with many food choices and dietary needs considered. The staff at the front desk and door were always helpful and professional. The one exception was a woman at the desk when we were checking our at night prior to a very early departure for the airport. She was rude and unpleasant. After being guests for such a long period, it seems she would have been courteous and kind. Sorry to end our stay with a negative note. But, otherwise, a great stay.

Dear Guest,

We thank you for your comments and feedback.

The hotel is in a XV century palace that has been the Bouvette of the Parliament when Florence was capital of Italy. That era is now represented by round frescoes that adorn the current Breakfast room, the “Parliament Hall”.

Looking forward to welcoming you again very soon.
