A 5 min walk to the rail station. When you come out the station head for the exit away from platforms 1 to 4 so walk towards the exit where the higher numbered platforms are. Find McDonalds on the opposite side of the road and walk down this street so McDonald's is on the left. Walk towards the building called Apollo, the B&B is opposite with a huge wooden door. A small brass panel is the only clue to the accommodation, no big signage. You have to buzz to get in first time, and you head towards the lift, a typical old style lift, you need to make sure you shut both doors, otherwise someone has a long walk upstairs if the lift is stuck with it's doors open. Behind another large wooden door is a lovely place to stay. A minimalist fresh clinical looking accommodation with a guest seating area and beyond that the kitchen where breakfast is served and also on the terrace looking towards the cathedral.
Our room was large, overlooked the front into the street. Again minimalist and clean. A large low bed, comfortable and clean. Lots of hanging space and hangers. A mini bar, water was free. Tea and coffee equipment replenished well. Safety deposit box.
The bathroom was large a great shower and really nice toiletteries. Towels are replaced once every 3 days.

Loved the location, it was very handy for the station as well as the market some 5minutes walk away. The cathedral around a 15 min walk. Lots of eating places.
The souvenir shop nearby sold bus tickets and you could get a ticket for the bus for €1.50 for a 90 minute ride.
I would stay at the relais luce again.
