Hotel Joli is well placed for proximity to eating places, the important viewing sites and other amenities. The hotel is truly a 3 star hotel. The breakfasts are fine although no fresh fruit is offered. The staff are friendly and helpful. However the shower in our room was weak so not conducive for hair washing. But wait! There is a hairdresser around the corner who offers a wash and blow wave for 7 euros. Upshot: would recommend Hotel Joli and would stay there again.

This hotel is more of a B&B as it doesn’t have eating facilities for lunch/dinner.
The rooms are all different in size and decor, some quite small. Our room was of an adequate size although the bathroom & shower unit were really small - I big person wouldn’t have fitted in the shower cubicle..
WiFi is poor - most of the time we didn’t get it. The a/c unit in our room was antiquated and temperamental. However, the staff are excellent, friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel was very clean. Breakfast (buffet) was typically Italian, with cold meats, cheese and a variety of cakes + bread & croissants, yogurts, juices, etc. For coffee lovers there is a choice from espresso to cappuccino with a proper coffee machine.
The hotel has a lovely terrace on the 1st floor.
The location was excellent, a 10 minutes walk to Teatro Massimo area.
Good value for money.

This small hotel is perfectly situated in Palermo also the rooms are are big enough for the traveller and in proximity to fabulous restaurants and a laundry. All sightseeing and bus trips are within walking distance. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and we thank each of them for making our stay most memorable.

Probably you cant find a better hotel in Palermo if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel with pool and spa. Position is a perfect, rooms are clean with view of lovely park. Staff is friendly as much as they should be. If they decide to give a fresh juice for breakfast that would be 100 % my choice for next Palermo trip ( now is 97 % :) )
