Our tour guide (Laura) was very knowledge but this was a LONG tour. We did a ton of walking ( to be expected) but towards the end we just turned in our headphones and finished on our own. Too long. We had 2 hours to eat lunch in the middle of the day which isn't really needed. Can cut back on lunch time and it would help a lot or separate the Doge Palace and San Marco Basilica to one in the morning and one in the afternoon would be a good choice. The gondola ride is the last thing in the morning- lasts 30 minutes. You are on a gondola with 3-4 other people.
This tour started by the Rialto bridge and our tour guide was the excellent Elena, she took us through Venice for 2 hours giving us all the information we could want on this fabulous city. Included in the tour was a queue jump into the stunning Basilica of San Marco and a wonderful 30 minute Gondola ride. This was such great value for money and we couldn't rate it high enough.
It was worth the expense. Venice is a beautiful city. Matteo was very knowledgeable about the city and made the tour fun.
A good insight into Venice in a day and our guide Francesca was excellent. We got to see the main sights which included St Marks Basilica, the Doges palace and we had a lovely gondola ride. Great for skip the line as the queues get very long.
Very poor! I never found the tour guide! Two security guards tried to assist me in finding where to lock up the tickets and/or the guide with no luck! I tried to call and email and no one has returned my call! I’d like a full refund. Please contact me immediately.
