I have been to this hotel many, many times (on business), but always very satisfactory. The hotel is located in the north of Torino, so you need a 10-15 mins by car or tram to go into the city center, except during morning / evening rush hour. Free parking around the hotel. It's located in a green, quiet setting along the river (you can take a walk or bike ride), and has several good restaurants in a 5-10 mins walking radius.

They have two kind of rooms: standard and deluxe. The latter being newer. I recommend to take the Deluxe rooms for the few extra euro's you pay for these. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean too. Depending on the room you have a bath/shower or just a walk-in rain-shower.

The staff is always very friendly and helpfull, and they serve a GREAT breakfast (their Cappucino is one of the better ones I had during my many trips in Italy)

I frequently stay at this hotel when doing business in Turin. It's not located near the centre so it's not convenient unless it's near the business you're visiting. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I had a minor medical emergency the last time I stayed there and the staff were empathetic and helpful. The only thing I dislike is the hotel restaurant at night. The breakfasts are great and varied but the food is not great in the evening. It also only seems to be open from Monday to Thursday. They did recommend a restaurant within walking distance, that is very good.

We spent a couple of nights in this hotel while visiting Turin. The surrounding area it's not very nice, but the hotel is quite well "isolated", at the end end of a secondary road and with high hedges around. The structure it's nice and the staff friendly. Our room was very big (more like a small apartment as it had a kitchen as well) and confortable. Breakfast was good as well. We found it very convenient to visit the city: unlike central hotels, it has a confortable free private parking for all customers and the city center it's only about 15-20 min by car. Otherwise one could also take a tram from nearby the hotel to city center. We did not try but the hotel has also bikes for renting.

The reception area and bar have recently been done up. Along with the garden, looks nice. The rooms tho are very dated. Not my sort of thing. Very dated. I'm not used to seeing same tiles in toilet and bedroom. Felt like an old motel. Good location near the river however.

This place was a pleasant surprise. We were staying in Turin for 5 nights and couldn't get our preferred hotel for all 5 so booked this for the first 2. It's a nice little hotel on the outskirts of turin but just 20 minutes by bicycle or 15 by tram into the town centre. The hotel is just a little bit basic but it has a modern yet retro feel. I'd describe it as an Italian crossroads (only middle aged Brits will know what I mean) but felt a little more spannish than Italian. Set in nice grounds with wonderful views up to the mountains I'd recommend it. It was certainly as good as the 5* we went onto and actually, in the end we wished we had stayed in the Sassi all 5 nights.
