Italian car history on display with a focus on Fiat. Great if you have boys that enjoys a nice car show and nice to see the Italian approach to cars, more about elegance than engineering.

Since Turin is the birthplace of FIAT, you should definitely visit the Museo Nazionale dell'Automobile, which is just 10 minutes away from the old FIAT factory from 1923. The collection is impressive, very carefully designed with a lot of creative moments.

This was an amazing place. It was great to see all the cars! I’d have loved to have been able to see the rooftop (we were told there was a race track there, but perhaps it is no more). The only issue for me was getting to and from... it was a bit out of the way.

My husband and daughter are into cars so I tagged along, you know, just being a good sport because cars...meh! But I loved it! The history was really interesting and I was surprised at the beauty but also the detail of the old cars in particular. It really was a good 1-2 hour adventure.

There are lockers for you to stuff your extra bags into so you can wander freely. The cafe within offers fuel in the form of coffee, soft drinks, ice cream and more. The building itself is very attractive and purpose built to show off cars. Parking on the streets adjacent to the building is free and easily available. But lock up, they’ve had some break ins.
