We are happy that so many of your expectations have been fulfilled and that you appreciated both our comfortable rooms and the position of the hotel. Also, we are thrilled that you found our staff to be very fast and professional.
Despite that, we are truly sorry that you did not found our Wi-Fi service to be great. We apologize for that and we will check the Wi-Fi speed in order to provide a better service to all of our guests.
Furthermore, we are sorry that the garage service did not satisfy you. Unfortunately, the garage is not our property and we cannot impose our standard on their staff. However, we do recommend this garage to our guests as it is the closest to our hotel and we do not feel that their service is poor; despite the feeling of “carless service” that you had, we never had any incidents with any of our guests’ cars. Also, our Staff has many other solutions in terms of parking if the first choice did not satisfy your needs.
