My first time in Italy, the first if many I hope. The Hotel Victoria is a beautiful hotel, situated near to all the tourist attractions. The staff were courteous and friendly. The room I stayed in, for two nights, was a single. The bed was very comfortable, spotlessly cLean, the bathroom facilities were spacious. For a first time visit to Italy and the beautiful city of Torino it has been exceptionally friendly and visually stunning.

Really great staff made this good hotel exceptional. We had a room problem dealt with quickly, efficiently and courteously which made us resolve to come back again. Breakfast was served in the charming internal courtyard. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on those.

A very well run hotel with everything thought of in various detail from the cleanliness and safety of the room to the delightful breakfast in the garden to the very helpful front desk staff who made various recommendations on local things such as restaurants, museums, and shopping. Each sitting area was so unique I enjoyed checking out different parts of the lobby - loved the greenery both inside and outside. Francesco at the front desk particularly gave very helpful suggestions. Hope to be back again!

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of Turin with lots of charm, great amenities and helpful and friendly staff - and all at a very reasonable price. We had two joined rooms for our family of 4 which were both extremely comfortable and clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our delicious breakfasts in the courtyard and made the most of the pool. I highly rate this hotel which is in a fascinating city - everything was so accessible. Thank you!

The Victoria is perfectly located and a very well-run hotel. It has a kind of faded elegance or yesteryear kind of quality to it. That's not to say it is neglected or in poor condition--not at all. The breakfasts were very plentiful and I particularly liked that they had pots for coffee or tea that you could refill as you needed it, without having to flag down a member of staff. When we checked in, the AC wasn't working at all in our room and once it proved impossible to fix, the hotel very quickly relocated us to another room. I didn't use the spa, but the swimming pool area was very clean and the staff do a great job at keeping it that way, helped by very strict rules about bathing caps and no street shoes. Walking distance to nearly everything. Our only real complaint is that the pillows were sort of hard and flat. Otherwise, a great stay!
