This is an hotel worth staying in and I would stay here again. The public and private rooms and corridors are fresh, clean and appealing. We needed a doctor early in the morning and the reception staff arranged this with out fuss or bother. The bar and main restaurant are expensive. The bistro attached to the hotel provides very good, small, meals. Good location close to the two main stations - but choose Porta Nuova.
On our last morning we had to leave before breakfast officially started - the hotel were unable / unwilling to make any provision for our breakfast apart from a coffee. This left us with a very bad impression.

Stayed in this hotel for three nights and loved the room as very modern and hotel very central . The staff were very helpful . I highly recommend this hotel . One constructive comment is that the reception area is very shabby with the green table covers so you should consider an uplift as it’s the first thing guests upon entering the hotel.

We visited on a cultural tour to the super city of Turin. This hotel is in the heart of the c center nearby almost anything you may be wish to see, do, or dine.
It is at international 5 Star standard without question. The common areas are spotless and well maintained, the rooms equally so. Often some public areas at such hotels are let slide a bit before being refreshed.
We cannot say enough good things about the GHS and encourage anyone to stay.
The staff is absolutely on top of their game, by the way.

Many people say that the best way to judge a hotel is by the way they handle any problems that should arise. Grand Hotel Sitea gets an A+ in our book. After a lovely greeting, warm reception and generous handling of our luggage and car parking, we were shown to our absolutely beautiful room, #501 on the top floor. With a beautiful view of the nearby clock tower and plenty of room to unpack and spread out, we were right at home. The bed and pillows were conducive to a great nights sleep but when I went to use the shower the next morning, no hot water . . . at all! Tepid at best. A call down to the desk brought a person to our room to I guess check if we were correct. He left, saying something in Italian, and a few minutes later, a call from the front desk with sincere apologies and an explanation that something needed to be reset. We went about our day and upon our return, more apologies from the front desk and a lovely box of chocolates along with a hand written note of apology waiting in our room. Best of all? Functioning, very hot water for the rest of our stay! Our three nights in this location were the perfect walking distance to many of the sights to see. Great restaurants are located nearby (I Tartufi Bistro and Pastificio Delfilippos were our two favorites) and the breakfast buffet is huge! There is a wide range of the usual, scrambled eggs, bacon, reads, pastries, wreaks, yogurts, meats, cheeses, juices and more! Fresh coffee or espresso and cappuccino is delivered to your table and the dishes are cleared quickly. Upon our departure, there was a huge flower fest blocking the entrance to where they would normally bring our car. Instead it was dropped just around the corner and our luggage taken to it! Great service and a great place to stay, in all regards!

We spent several days in Turin at the Sitea. The location was ideal for our stay as we were able to walk everywhere and the hotel is surrounded by shopping and restaurants. This is a walking town so everything is not right out front but close enough and a safe part of town. The hotel has a small fitness center, bar and cafe that all were just enough. The staff was very helpful, the room and the hotel was spotless and the complimentary breakfast was great. The breakfast was the start of our day with a wide selection to suit every plate. We had friends in other hotels and this was the best of the group. I'd stay here again.

Room tip: Try one of the corner rooms on the top floor
