I needed a bit more space for my family that is visiting, so moved to DuParc. A couple of comments. I put Massimo in the Garmin, and went to the wrong place. Put D and scroll until you find D'Azeglio. Hotel is quiet, no drama anywhere that I have found. Room is spacious, clean, and stylish. The location is downtown, but not in the center. Parking is good, and they have internal parking as well. The downtown folk are more frenzied when driving, then the further out areas, so a lot of pressure driving in this area. The breakfast is quality, but not quantity. Whole fruit, bread, slices of a meat, and a cheese, yogurt, and two choices of cereal. Quite a number of sweet pastry as well. Coffee is very good. Overall not a huge selection, but the quality is very good, so better to have a few good things than a huge assortment of blah. I am normally in work by 7:30, they open breakfast at 7:15 quite late for me. But I cannot complain, as the work day starts later, and ends later. The apartment I have has a bedroom, a bath with shower, a separate bathroom at the entrance, a sala, and a kitchen. All separate rooms, all ample. Kitchen with stove top, microwave, and refrigerator. Floors are wood, or synthetic wood, clean, and well done. I saw no damage of any kind to anything, so room is well maintained. I think for the family visiting, it is a good choice. Certainly more than I needed alone.
