My friend and I stayed here in June. Our room had an amazing view that I will never forgot. The staff were very friendly and made a big effort to look after people.
Location is right opposite the beach and close to many restaurants and to the start of the cinque terre trial.
Would recommend this hotel.

From the moment we walked down the hill and looked over our shoulders at the hotel, we knew we picked the right place. This hotel is perfect for this part of Italy. The rooms with the balcony and view are amazing. Clean, comfy, well appointed. The staff, either family or otherwise could not have been more gracious. The breakfast delicious. Something for everyone. We enjoyed walking this quaint town and swimming in the delightful Mediterranean. If you are going to Cinque Terre, Monterosso was, in our opinion, the nicest location, especially at high season. There was elbow room. The other two towns we visited via ferry boat were cute and packed with people. We had a delightful 3 day stay! Thank you.

Everything about this hotel is 5 star the location is amazing the services is friendly and so helpful and the breakfast is the I’ve ever had I can’t wait to stay at this incredible hotel again.
There is restaurant and cafes in easy walking distance and also not a far walk from home the train station.

The family room (which has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths) was gorgeously decorated and seemed to be fully renovated and had beautiful views from the 2 large windows. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Some exposed mountainside rock left for show inside the room. Great location near the older side of town, which seemed much more pleasant and quaint than the more commercial seeming newer side of town (although it's just a 5 minute walk to the newer side).
There is a pay beach right in front (25 euro for 2 chairs and an umbrella). There is also a free beach right next to the pay beach which is very nice but unless you have an umbrella you're likely in full sun.
The air was in the high 70's but was very much beach and swimming weather- the sun was hot and it felt warmer than 78 degrees outside. Only complaint was that it was humid and nothing wet seemed able to dry.
Used the laundry service, which was very good, they folded very nicely, matched socks, etc. It was 16 euro for each bag (each bag would be a small/med wash load by American standards).
Walked the main hiking trail to Vernazza. A little tough just because it got hot out (we didn't start hiking til 9:30). Better to bring more than one small water bottle each). Fun to see another town although Vernazza seemed very crowded (it was a Saturday so maybe that's why).
Would love to return! Cinque Terre was my favorite spot on our Italy trip. We used it as a 3 day "break" between touring Rome and Venice.
