I get this contact from some friends of mine, the hotel is small but very looked after, the rooms are pretty new in terms of furnitures and decors. Very closed to the beach an dthe main street whre you can finf shops and buses. The staff and, overall Cristina & Andrea, are very friendly and extremely kind, no need to ask them, they are forward-looking. Last but not least the food, very accurate and tasting, typical from "Romagna". I really recommend it!

Room tip: "Corner suites are large and sunny"

small family hotel just off the main drag - rooms adequate size, most with balconies - excellently serviced on a daily basis - outside seating area - breakfast with plenty of fresh fruit with coffees made to order - optional home cooked lunches and evening meals were very well attended
Cristina and Andre are the hosts - you are quickly absorbed into the family atmosphere: many guests appear to be regulars and are treated like returning family
we were the victims of a pickpocket on our first day and lost all our money and cards - the police paid for bus tickets to get to the hotel: our hosts were amazing in their response: a cash loan was given without being requested - we were given free access to their phones to call insurers and friends in London who kindly transferred funds to the hotel's bank account - although the hosts had only recd transfer details and not the actual funds they advanced us the equivalent of £1700 so that we could continue our touring holiday
the theft was a bad experience - and a wake up call that however careful you think you are it probably isnt enough as tourists stand out like sore thumbs - but their help more than restored our faith in human nature
they have our very sincere thanks for making our fabulous trip o]possible

Room tip: furthest away from the train track will make it quieter although trains are infrequent during the night hours

I have gone in this hotel since I was a baby.
If you like Romagnan hospitality this is the perfect accomodation.
Cristina and Andrea are very kind and the food is very good. I can say that I have eaten the best Lasagna I have ever eat in my life, and it is all home made!!
It is not a luxury hotel, but the rooms are very clean and the position is very quiet.
The beach is far 100 meters by walk and Viale regina Elena (the principal stree)t, 20 meters by walk.
The quality / cost ratio is good .
I suggest this accomodation.

Excellent price for the place. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Good location. But the best of all is the staff. I was welcome by a big and friendly smile. Andrea and Cristina are fantastic and they make sure that you feel at home.

This albergo, which is called a hotel on the outside sign, is located along a narrow street in a district full of accommodation options very close to the sea. Rimini’s beach is very built up and is, therefore, rather unappealing at least to me. However, there is a pretty marina about 3-4km away and the city centre including the train station and the historic centre is about 4.5kms walking distance away. This is a very beautiful albergo which looks very modern. There is a lift to take your luggage to your room and the room itself, although rather small in size, has a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe with plenty of clothes pegs, safe, balcony that includes a washing line, air conditioner/heater and a cramped bathroom with plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and towels. A good breakfast is served in the morning and is included in the price. My single room was only €17 including breakfast, but that was a special offer. The usual price is higher. There is on-street parking for 6 cars and room enough inside the building gates for one small extra car. One of the streets is a dead end so that no traffic passes your parked vehicle. A GPS device is advisable in order to find the albergo. Rimini is convenient for trips to see Ravenna’s mosaics (an hour away by train) and the World Heritage Sites in San Marino and Urbino. Rimini mainly caters to Italian and Russian tourists. The albergo’s owner will do his best to make you feel welcome and is a very friendly guy who can speak English. I would stay there again and wish I could have stayed an extra night.
