When going to Piacenza, do not hesitate to stop at the Osteria del Trentino for lunch or diner. Food is simply delicious and the owner is a charming woman (her son who cooks too). We had the lardo piacentino for starter, and the pisarei e fasò/tortelli magri for primo. We had no space for more dishes, but next time it will be with a great pleasure to honor the Italian tradition of antipasto/primo/secondo !
