Visited the caseificio couple of days ago with the help of an English guide. The tour was fascinating and it was lovely to see how Saverio and his family working and keeping the tradition alive.
The guide stayed with us for almost 2 hours and she explained carefully the processes. Had a final tasting and came back with a bag full of cheese!
Totally worth it.... thank you all for being so lovely and I thoroughly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area

We had a wonderful time visiting this farm, and the people there were delightful. We were staying in Bologna so we took the train to Parma and then took a taxi to the farm. We had downloaded the audioguide before we came, and we recommend doing this. We were able to listen to it while we watched the process. The owners spoke very little English but we managed just fine. We were the only ones there that day and we felt we really got to see all the steps involved. Fascinating tour. Highly recommend.

It is a great visit, the family that owns and operates the cheese factory really makes you welcome. The process of making this world renowned cheese is extremely interesting and the tour is extensive, final sampling included. Extremely interesting and really recommendable!

We visited in October, 2016 with our son, daughter in law, both fluent in Italian, and 18 month old granddaughter who is getting there. Amazing process in making the real Parmigiano Reggiano. But back breaking work. It hurt my back watching them. Our guide spent a long time with us showing us the facility and providing samples afterwards. We recommend without hesitation.

Thanks to Saverio and his family for their warm welcome at their farm and the cheese factory! Your business combines farming, traditions, culture, family and passion, and I wish you success in all your future projects.
