Visited the caseificio couple of days ago with the help of an English guide. The tour was fascinating and it was lovely to see how Saverio and his family working and keeping the tradition alive.
The guide stayed with us for almost 2 hours and she explained carefully the processes. Had a final tasting and came back with a bag full of cheese!
Totally worth it.... thank you all for being so lovely and I thoroughly recommend to anyone who is visiting the area
