Stayed here for one night with our Leger coach tour on our way to Italy,we’ve stayed here once before and are never disappointed.
Large beds ,modern shower room and for me a cooked breakfast, say no more.
Fluffy towels, soap dispenser, good all round hotel.

Nice hotel with very nice rooms. Comfortable beds, good wifi, excellent restaurant. Very good dinner buffet and extremely nice breakfast. Afternoon snacks at the bar was a nice touch. Very good for business travel

This hotel is in an isolated spot. The room was clean and tidy with soap and shower gel in wall mounted dispensers. Wifi was a strong signal and free. The dinner (organised we were told by Leger) was dreadful and Leger haven't been at all sympathetic about it. There was no menu or choice so it was take it or leave it. Portions were tiny and the supposedly hot food was cold. Staff tried to be helpful but there weren't enough of them. There's no tea or coffee service in the room. Drinks are expensive even by UK hotel standards. Breakfast was ok but not memorable. We wouldn't want to stay here again.

This hotel is located just outside the town of Parma. It is a busy place, used by business people to have work meetings.
It is fairly big, ample lobby.
There I discovered the “Parma violets”, so famous for its perfume. The lady at reception was very kind and gave a free sample which I really enjoyed.
The breakfast buffet was good, with lots of choices.
We had a problem with the shower in our bathroom, the head of the shower was located in the wrong spot, right at the front of the wall facing you. Because of this, the water fell outside the tub straight to the floor.
Very strange.
We stayed here only one night, overall it was fine.

We stayed here with Leger, one night stopover on Fire and Ice coach tour. Our room was lovely, large, huge bed , spotlessly clean. However we had to wait a long time for our meal, pasta was cold , our main course was a chicken leg with a few greasy chips. We went to use the salad bar and some of us were turned away, saying Leger hadn't paid for it, but all other diners were able to use it so we felt like second class guests. Very disappointing. However the breakfast was excellent and we had a good night's sleep
