If you're not a native Italian, don't bother. You would think staff of a train station would welcome visitors of all types and provide assistance.
We speak basic Italian. The staff rolled their eyes repeatedly and acted offended as if it was a chore to accept our money. It took over 15 minutes to receive a cappuccino and piece of pizza.
Based on this experience, I fully expect the staff to respond to this review rudely as well. Do not bother with this place. Any old stand will have coffee and food of equal quality and may actually care to assist their visitors.
