Chic new hotel downtown Rome with friendly and helpful staff. Not necessarily the ideal location as views are lacking especially in the internal rooms. The upside is that rooms are quiet. Great decor!

A welcome cocktail made with blood orange juice. A lounge area that's both chic and legitimately comfortable. A fresh fruit bowl in the room, accompanied by a bottle of wine. First class toiletries actually worth bringing home. Soft linens. And, most significantly, top notch service that welcomes a world traveller home.

This is a hotel that gets it right if you're going to spend money to be treated well and to stay not just comfortably, but in luxury. If you prefer personal service to outright opulence, this is your place.

The property is not in the heart of a bustling row of restaurants. Prepare to travel for a fine meal.

The JK Place has beautiful rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast that is included was amazing. In addition to a buffet you can order eggs, french toast and many other things, smoothies, etc. The service at the hotel and in the restaurant was top notch. The location is a few blocks from the Spanish Steps and is centrally located. Would give it 5 stars.

Room tip: Had two rooms and both were awesome.

As the hotel prices go up and up every year in Europe the quality unfortunately isnt. It is very rare to find the money's worth even in the most luxurious chain hotels. Now this one, the JK Place was a surprising and nice exception. With a great location (very close to spanish steps but not inside the chaos), an elegant atmosphere and a fine staff it has made our weekend get a away a pleasure. It is a boutigue hotel that got everything right. The rooms were beautifully furnished with top notch marble bathrooms, the breakfast was delicous and the minibar was free. On top, they didnt bother to charge the bottle of waters that was put besides the beds every night (very unlikely of european hotels). Small details count the most, and this hotel is definitely my "to go" hotel whenever in Rome.

The hotel is exceptional in every way but a few stand outs would be food, the best in Rome if you can imagine that. We tried several places but found we continued to be most impressed with the food at the hotel. They had a variety and unexpected but wide selection of Vegan and Vegetarian options and for that I was appreciated. The service and staff superb and could not be more professional and helpful. Diego in the restaurants and everyone at the front desk could not have been more helpful and professional (Name recognition is off the charts). We felt so comfortable like it was our own "Place" vs. a hotel. Amenities in the room were outstanding from the bath products to the touches in the private bar, quality of the linens, decor. The bar, living room and all of the public areas gorgeous. Location is ideal, we walked to most of the major sites.Music was amazing, other guests were also complimenting on the play list... I really can't provide any feedback other than "This is a brand I would stay at in other locations and one we will be repeating". Well done JK Hotels.. I love what you are doing.

Room tip: They do not have a bad room, its a quiet area, junior suites are nice and views may be better in some exterior rooms.
