This was a business trip, so having the proper work conditions was something that I would expect.
Free wifi is something to expect in the room, i don’t want to go to work on the lobby because of the Internet access.
The room was ok for, the bed is good. But room service doesn’t work. We asked for hot water to make a tea, because a friend of mine was not feeling well. They sad they would have to charge us for the service. “Of course” we said. But the water never came.
I stayed for 6 nights and they forgot to put the extra towels for 2 nights. Some of my colleagues had courtesy’s water in the room. We didn’t!
They have a shuttle, but it is always late.
The staff in the Bar are very professional and caring.
Hope you can grow with this opinion.

We arrived around six thirty p.m to building #1. BEWARE!!! This place is filthy and there was NO air conditioning. We were a bus tour that ended here. We were given the rooms that started at # 6000. These are found at the back of the property away from everything. The bathroom was filthy, I found hair and dirt around the sink and floor. The A/C did not work well. It sounded like a fan was running however we could blow harder than the air on high. We were told someone would be around to look at all units but this was not the reality.
The main restaurant was closed due to a wedding. Ok fine, they said we could eat in the bar area. Upon entering this area we were asked if we had a reservation (we did not as we just arrived on a bus ) We were turned away. Let me be clear in that these are the only 2 places to eat at this building. You have a wedding....fine, but you also have other guests!!!
Regardless of what the hotel management may respond, I was just here on May 26th and it was UNACCEPTBLE!

Room Tip: Choose another location

First off, it took an inordinately long time to check in. There were three staff manning the reception counter, but their efficiency level left much to be desired.
Second off, the reception staff are extremely rude, one gentlemen even shouted “Can’t you see we are busy?!” at another guest in front of everyone. You wouldn’t even get this in a no-name hotel, yet this is a Sheraton.
Thirdly, the rooms all come with ONE bath towel, and ONE hand towel, so good luck if you are traveling in a group. Getting another towel from housekeeping was a game of trying to catch the housekeepers when they were in the hallways as nobody answers the phone for the Guest Service Centre. Also, it’s impossible to take a shower without flooding the bathroom as the rubber seal on the glass doors no longer does its job.
To add onto the indignity, you will also be woken up every morning by the incessant banging and clanging of the housekeeping staff along the corridors. Every morning.
And yes, the infamous shuttle bus. No signs as to where the queue starts, no indication of where to wait (unless you want to brave the arrogant reception staff and ask them), and a minimum of 10-15minutes late with no explanation or apology. The pick up from the city centre was another issue, there is no sign or indication as to where the pickup area is either.
The only positive things about this hotel are that the rooms are very clean and the waitress at breakfast; super friendly, cheerful and obliging.

I would only advise staying here if you have an early flight out the next day, or you are a golfer.

Dear lenejer,
Greetings from the Sheraton Parco de' Medici Rome Hotel and thank you very much for the review you had the time to write. We always take care about reviews of our guests because it is an opportunity to us to improve our service. We are desolated to discover that the stay in our property did not meet your needs, especially we are sorry if the room was under your expectations. Regarding your kind comment about our staff we regret that they didn’t be able to impress you, but have been rude and inefficient instead. I ensure you that we spend many hours with training both in class and on the job to consent them to understand the importance of customer care, thanks to your kind comment we will reinforce the concept with additional training. With reference to your kind comment about the shuttle bus please be informed that we have recently changed the timetable as for the numerous and insistent requests from our honoured guests. We truly hope that you will give us another chance to welcome you in our Hotel and we wish you a pleasant day. Best regards, Sara Perone Acting Executive Office Coordinator Sheraton Parco de' Medici Rome Hotel 0465/18/SP

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night with a tour group. It is along the interstate and close to the Rome airport. My room was comfortable, it had an in-room safe, the bed was ok, but no iron. I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast though as I missed the time to eat. I know there is a restaurant, bar and fitness center. As it's along the interstate highway, I am not sure what is nearby the hotel. Very clean hotel and it served it's purpose.

Very good hotel close to the airport. I got a spacious room with a balcony, comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice and clean, only minus is that there is only one hand towel and one bath towel. Breakfast was very good, lots of choices to choose from. Overall, good hotel
