I travel the world for pleasure several times per year. I have HIGH standards for customer service and quality amenities.

I was very pleased with my entire experience. The staff was responsive, accommodating and friendly.

They’ve earned every bit of “The Leading Hotels” moniker.

The pool area was well maintained and replete with foliage.

The furnishings are exquisite with an old-world decor.

I had a deluxe room and it was much more spacious than expected. We were two adults with 5 pieces of luggage. Yet the room was cramped.

It was a quick two day trip... zero complaints.

Stayed for 2 nights prior to taking a cruise. It was excellent in every way. Beautiful building, lovely room, they made a bed up in sitting area of a suite plenty of room for us all. Welcoming fruit, water and wine.
Staff couldn’t do enough, the manager was fantastic even saw him escorting a little girl into dining room making her feel really special. Nothing was a trouble for any of the staff who were all very smiley and helpful.
Shuttle car into city centre, everything has been thought of for guests pleasure.
Would definately stay here again, they know how people should be treated.

The hotel is situated in central Rome just off Via Veneta. It is a classic building with a cosy garden and pool area. The staff were very forthcoming and helpful and Mario the concierge and Francesco at the Reception are both worth a special mention. The food in the restaurant is very good and the hotel oozes of classic Italian splendor. Highly recommended.

Rooms at the garden side are recommended. Saying this the street in front of the hotel is not busy. The rooms are not large but there is enough space. Good beds. Relatively small for tall people. 2 meters. The king size here is more a US queen size. The pool area is in a nice garden. Prices for breakfast and snacks at the pool are very high but you get quality. The concierge is friendly and is very knowledgeable. Renting a Vespa to get around is recommended. Free parking for the Vespa is available.
