This is a great accommodation if you are not looking for a 5 star hotel. It was located on the third floor of a multi accommodation building. The owner Massimo was very helpful with suggestions for amazing meals and sightseeing! The whole B & B area was clean. We had room #2, quiet large room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a mini fridge stocked with complimentary drinks! The morning breakfast was adequate to get our day started. The are great restaurants within a short walk of the building. Termini was only two blocks away which was perfect for getting around for sightseeing. We will definitely book again when we return to Rome for a longer trip.

I know Rome well, and was just visiting briefly and solo on a scheduled 36 hour air connection. So this hotel’s convenient proximity to Termini station was a big selling point for me.

But this place has hosts who are not only friendly and multilingual, but also quite smart — starting with modest resources (very unglamorous entryway in a multi tenant building) — and appointing their spacious, modern and clean rooms extremely well.

Great WiFi reception, good electrical outlets on both sides of the bed to facilitate charging of phones, nice modern lighting, walls, floors, bath and TV, in room safes, free coffee and tea service throughout the day. And they have the brains to view the minibar not as a revenue opportunity (that’s typically minimally used because of greedy pricing), but instead as an opportunity to make their guests feel welcome and cared for. Free soft drinks and a beer or two cost them very little, but really make a good impression on customers.

I really like this place and will certainly return. It wouldn’t necessarily be my first choice as a romantic hotel for an anniversary or tryst for double the money, but it is a very pleasant place that serves typical traveler needs well and with superb price/.value.

This inn is perfect for a Rome tourist. Just a few minutes walk to Termini Station. Located in Via Cavour that’s filled with shops and food outlets; the road leads to main historical sites of Roman Forum, Colosseum, and Venice Square.

Service at the inn is commendable. Massimo, the manager and Ana, the housekeeper would take great care of your room, breakfast and needs.

I really tried to like this place because the staff and owner were very friendly. The hotel itself was situated 5 minutes by foot to the Termini station which left almost all of the sites reachable by foot if you are ok with walking and definitely by train (1,60 each way).

Outside of the awesome location I find it hard to find any real pros to the hotel. The room had seemed as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was noticeable dirt on the floor and the walls had markings all over. Moreover, the bathroom was showing signs of black mold. It feels as if they are simply trying to churn as many people through to maximize intake without investing time to make sure the place is in good standing. The door in the bathroom had a visible 1-1,5" gap between the door frame and wall.

The so called breakfast buffet leaves much to be desired. This was prepackaged croissants and some yogurts - which are left out for 3-4 hours each day for breakfast without any cooling. Plan on eating out for anything sustainable.

When we hopped into bed the first night we found 6 long hairs. At this point having walked all day we just wanted to pass out, however this is a sign that the cleaning is not sufficient.

Hallways also tended to smell like someone was smoking cigars. Generally unpleasant when there was no mention of smoking taking place in the ad.
