The Palazzo Salgar is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. My husband and I traveled from Rome to Naples and stayed in the Junior Suite, which had a stunning balcony that gave us an amazing view of Naples. We then went to Capri and returned to Naples again and stayed in the Executive Room, which featured a beautiful jacuzzi. Both rooms were elegantly decorated and were filled with wonderful amenities ranging from fresh slippers to wear when getting out of the shower to extra blankets and comforters if the room gets too cold. Palazzo Salgar gets everything right in a hotel; you really feel like you are on vacation here and can relax. Additionally, the breakfast is fantastic; small sfogliatelle are served on lovely silver trays in a fun breakfast room. And most of all, the staff, particularly Andrea in reservations, were kind, accommodating, and welcoming. The Palazzo Salgar is a close walk to Via Duomo, which has many of the museums in Naples, so its location is yet another plus. Thank you to the team at Palazzo Salgar for an absolutely perfect stay!

Comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Staff were welcoming and mostly helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Only downside was that, at times, the staff lacked 'warmth' but otherwise very good.

A great 3 night stay in the city. The hotel is near the old town and very convenient for a lot of the famous pizzerias. About 15 mins walk from the station. Super-friendly staff. A good breakfast. And really good value. Thanks!

Very good new hotel near the harbor. The hotel is new, clean and functional. The rooms are adequate size and spotless. The only drawback is that the taps are hard to regulate the temperature of the water and should dedicate enough time to understand and get used to their operation ( design against functionality). Breakfast is good for me. From salty foods had scrambled eggs, bacon, ham and cheese but had many choices in pastries, croissants etc. Coffee from machines but really good as is the hot chocolate. It is within 15 minutes walking from the main train station. I would recommend a taxi to arrive with suitcases, but then you can move comfortably walking to all attractions. The staff is polite and willing to help. Very good wi-fi for all devices. Available computer in the lobby. Small gym for those not wanting to lose their shape. For the price (50 euros per room/night) I think it is the best option in Naples. From the airport , taxi ride cost 25 euros for 4 people and I think it suits you, considering that the bus costs 4 euros per person for the station and then will necessarily take a taxi to avoid trouble with the bus carrying suitcases.
