You get what you see, nothing more and nothing less.

Nice little hotel just outside the historice centre of Napels, we stayed here for 1 night due to a misbooking during our trip. The room was small but well maintained. The bathroom could be cleaner, a bit greasy and outdated.

Got the suite which does offer a great view of Soccorso church but it can get really noisy some nights as Room 11 is located right at the junction. Otherwise, it was great. Check out the indoor thermal pool too

Nice, small hotel.
Gracious staff.
Great location in Forio: across the street from the sea and a one block walk to the Main Streets - Via Avvocato Francesco Regine and Corso Matteo Verde - to shops, patio seating for drinks and dining.
We enjoyed dining at Epomeo, La Tinaia, and La Bella Napoli.

Clean. Simple. The room was a bit tight for 3 adults but manageable. Small minibar fridge in the room.
The rooftop pool is really a small, cool water jacuzzi that holds 4-5. There are comfortable lounge chairs around.
The indoor thermal bath pool is on the first floor with warm water, jets, and a fountain.

The breakfast was ample: variety of cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, sliced salami and cheese.
Coffee made to order by sweet Clara.
Would return.

Looking for a small hotel in the old city-centre? We enjoyed the nice room ( backside, no noise at all), the breakfast on the top floor ( nice terasse outside, but to warm in july, so we ate inside), the kind reception (you need some words Italian, but this is Itally, so this should be considered as normal) and the low price for this quality.

Don't be put off by the road it's in (a bit dirty) the hotel itself is clean and provides a good service. The workers know very little English so don't expect a big welcome.

Air con is 5€ extra per day (although they only charged us for 1 not 3) and well worth it - we were cold at one point! Everything worked as it should.

Allowed us to keep suitcases there all day on our day of checkout until we went back at 5pm to collect.
