The Sayonara hotel is situated on Garibaldi Plaza which is undergoing big renovations. The hotel is very close to the train station which is handy for accessing Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. The Hotel is clean and the staff welcoming. There's is a lift - which you need a coin to go down (hotel provides this) and there are plenty of eateries nearby. Our room was bigger than expected however the bathroom is very squeezy but functional. They are eager to please.

The hotel located near the bus stop to the airport and the train terminal. There were also good restaurants.
Though the atmosphere around the hotel
was really bad, hotel itself was clean and tidy. Staffs were very nice and friendly. We
could use the elevator because the hotel was on the third floor of the building.

Extremely good location. 200 metres walk from the train station and metro station at Piazza Garibaldi.
The staff are all extremely helpful. Pointed us in the right direction assisted us with printing tickets for flights etc. every staff member we met was great.
Rooms are a great size, ours came with a balcony and you could see Mount Vesuvius from here.
Hotel is impeccably clean and would stop here again.
The negatives...there are non. Great hotel!

The hotel was renovated about a year ago so everything is fresh and modern. Also has air conditioner and our bathroom was quite generous in size. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The train station is practically at your front door.

The lift isn't always reliable, had to walk up 4 flights of stairs initially with my luggage.

Neighbourhood is definitely seedy. If you want to be close to train station it is a good option.

The hotel its self is only about 200 metres from the railway station.. The front entrance is an elevator set at the back of a small courtyard.. It's free to ride up to hotel reception but cost 20 cents every time you want to go down.. The facility its self is quite nice it's been newly renovated and the rooms are super clean with nice bathroom facilities also quite air conditioning and very comfortable beds.. However the rooms do seem to be susceptible to noise from the street and adjoining rooms.. The area surrounding the hotel is extremely Seedy and for this reason I would Rate this hotel low and definitely would not return.. I seriously doubt whether it would be safe to walk the streets around the hotel after dark..i'm also told you need to be wary of pickpockets
