The hotel is modern, clean, well located near port for ferries and airport bus. Staff was very helpful with walking and subway directions and making restaurant reservations. Breakfast on the second floor terrace looks out on a castle !!! What more can you ask?!?!

Stayed: May 2017, travelled as a couple

Good Location for a cheap correct price
Rooms with 2 beds are Ok, but cleaning during your stay is the the best service they do
floor rarely cleaned
Reception staff are nice and helpful.
Small common area, but Ok

Room Tip: Avoid to stay on the 3rd floor, where the breakfast room is located... cause you will hear from your room the people going to breakfast

Functional and efficient hotel with wonderfully polite and cheerful staff - always ready with greetings. Housekeeping was a little of a hit and miss as coffee capsules and cups were not replaced until the 4th (of 5 mornings) that I was there. Nice spacious room with a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel and a nice view of Castel Nuovo to the left. Generous supply of toiletries in the room with free coffee and bottle of water. The hotel is very close to the Spagna metro station (not that it would matter as the wait for trains was painfully long- I waited close to 25 minutes for the train once) and is convenient if you come into Naples from the Napoli Centrale train station. It's just 2 stops away from the train station. Nearby is also the ferry station if you want to go to the islands Ischia or Porcida. Numerous cafes and restaurants nearby and it is also within walking distance to the main shopping street (Via Toledo) and the street locally known as Spaccanapoli. Great hotel with good central location. Recommended.

Staff very welcoming, Kowledgable & helpful, especially Roberta and Grosle for their help in sorting out an excellent private tour for the 3 of us to Pompeii & Versuvios (via Francesco Pugliese) Rooms clean and tidy. Bar / Restaurant underused with an excellent view of harbour and castle from rooftop area.

Only disappointing / area for improvement is the breakfast..... staff friendly and area clean and tidy, but choices are limited (especially with lack of cooked food) compared to other hotels in the Accor Chain

Room Tip: Quieter rooms at the rear of the building - we were on the 5th Floor

We stayed here with a group from work and from the beginning it gave you a good feeling about staying here.

Nice entrance , clean and a willing friendly Staff. Checkin was quick.
The rooms were very good with a water-cooker and good beds. The bathroom (incl. bidet) was clean and the shower was good.

Breakfast was normal but when it's full maybe a little to few places.
You can also eat (and in the evenings have drink) on the balcony.

All on all I would definitely recommend this Hotel for a stay.

Room Tip: Some rooms are on the street side and tend to be a bit noisy. Just ask for the quiet rooms.
