We booked a 7 night stay with Jet2 holidays. The flight and transfers were good. The greeting we recieved when we arrived at the hotel was excellent and our room was ready for us which was great.
The room which was descibed by the hotel as Superior, was dark and shabby with a view of a wall at the back of the hotel. There were stains on the walls and carpets which gave a poor first impression. I was disappointed because I had read all the reviews on trip advisor and hoped for a better room presentation.
The breakfast buffet was as descibed although the service was very slow. It took 20 minutes one morning for them to bring us our coffee.
The room was cleaned and serviced regularly by lovely staff who couldn't have been more helpful.
The most disappointing thing about the hotel is that there is no where to sit comfortably. Not in the room, (only on the bed) or in the lounge downstairs which is very formal, as is the bar, or the terrace where the view is amazing, but you are not welcome unless you dress up and eat an expensive meal.
If there had been some comfortable space to sit, prefferably outside, we would have enjoyed our holiday much more.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter, but shabby

We are honored to read that you deeply appreciated our staff professionalism and care.
We are sorry to read that you experience in Naples wasn't the best and that we dismissed your expectation. We take note of your remarked delays in order to improve our service and product.
Moreover our property is in a transition period because we started our refurbishment last November, in fact we have already refurbished two floors and a new fine dining restaurant, we are doing a huge investments so in the next 12 months we will be really at our top.

The hotel has really courteous and attentive staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was wonderful with amazing views. The only negative if there was to be one is that some of the rooms are looking a little dated and could do with modernising. Others have already pointed out that the location is a little remote and will need taxis to get anywhere. Otherwise a great experience and highly recommended.

Fab hotel, very clean and spacious. rooms had toiletries in and great views (214). staff were lovely and breakfast on the rooftop terrace was amazing! Close to the airport but not really walking distance to anything - we paid for lots of taxis!

Had a two night stay at the Grand Hotel Parker. The rooms are nice quiet and I recommend a room with a view of the water. The rooms air conditioned, clean and very comfortable. Good service and very polite and professional staff. Great Naples stay...

We checked in early and thankfully a room was already waiting for us, which was great. As it was my 50th birthday they had upgraded us to a Deluxe room which had beautiful views of Naples Bay.

Our room was lovely, very traditionally Italian and very clean. We went out to do a little sightseeing and came back later that evening but around 6pm, we had a little issue with our air conditioning as it was making quite a bit of noise. We called Reception and they immediately sent up someone from Reception and Maintenance who had a look to see what the problem was.

About 5 minutes later we received a call from Reception who apologised and said that we would have to move room to one of their 2 storey Junior Suites! We were more than happy to move with a nice upgrade and when we got to the room they had dressed it out with rose petal hearts and we were also given a complimentary bottle of fizz and chocolate covered strawberries - it really was a wonderful treat.

Breakfast was served on the 6th floor and the views were outstanding, the quality of the food at breakfast was also lovely.

On our last evening we dined at George Restaurant and oh my! It was simply amazing, the food was excellent and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

The staff were fantastic and we will definitely return next year.
