You are steps away from Toledo metro station but Naples is quite compact so in 15 minutes you are either at the port one way or the museum the other.
The staff are really friendly & helpful.
A special mention to Rosie who makes the most wonderful cakes for breakfast & looks after you first thing in the morning.
Our room facing the courtyard was massive. It was very clean & the shower was amazing. Hot & powerful.
I would stay here again.

The hotel is very near the Toledo station, one of the prettiest underground stations with its artwork. Located right in the midst of the bustling Napoli street with lots of shops and cafes within walking distance. The dining hall had a charm to its feel and design, breakfast was a good selection with sfogliatelle favourites. Room was decent with a comfortable sheets and blanket. Only downside was unreliable wifi and the room door had a lock issue.

Just a few tips: The hotel is not very visible from the main street. Once you see Pandora, on the opposite there is a large green door that leads to an alley. There are only stairs leading up to the hotel reception, so do keep 10-cents loose change for the lift if you are carrying luggages. Front desk is not open 24 hours.

Very central to everything and your on the main shopping street with great high street shops to the left and great boutiques to the right.
If your looking for restaurant and pizzeria go left - lots to choose from.
Great selection for breakfast.
Staff very friendly and helpful and even spoke English for us.
My only dislike was that there was just thin sheets on the bed.

Location is very central. Next to Toledo metro which takes you everywhere ( central station to Pompei for example)
Lady on desk was very helpful and polite, even gave us change to operate the lift to take our bags up to our room
On check in. Rooms very reasonable. Great place to rest your head after a day exploring

This hotel is extraordinarily charming! It is located on the first and second floor of an ancient palazzo that has not been renovated to perfection - so don't expect perfection. Some rooms are facing busy Via Toledo, so don't expect quiet either. But the rooms are superbly spacious, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is served in a ballroom under a stucco ceiling. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In short: a lovely place!
