We had a great cooking class (Gnocchi, Meatballs, and Tiramisu) during our stay in Sorrento. The space is beautiful and Tony is incredibly knowledgable and gave us so many cooking tips. All of the food was delicious and we had a great bottle of wine as we cooked. Highly recommend!

We booked this class with Viator and it exceeded our expectations! Tony treated us with a local charcuterie plate and prosecco, then we began cooking and learning how to prepare a wonderful meal including homemade gnocchi ala Sorrentina, eggplant parmigiana, and tiramisu. We learned so many helpful tips and Tony is health conscious which we sure did appreciate. We learned a simple approach to eggplant parmigiana and how to make the best basic tomato sauce I've ever had. We will be back next time for another lesson! Thank you Tony!

Our family of four (children ages 7 & 12) spent a delightful afternoon cooking and eating delicious food. There was another family of four that could not have been more enjoyable. The children cooked while the parents relaxed. My dream was to come home from Italy knowing how to make a great red sauce. Quanto Basta was the perfect place to hone new skills. Fine ingredients and simple, yet outstanding dishes. Meatballs, potato gnocchi and tiramisu. The facility is very clean and tastefully decorated. This was one of our favorite memories of our two weeks in Italy.

This was the perfect cooking course for my family - the children loved it and did most of the cooking. We drank prosecco and talked food. The meal was simply delicious- and we look forward to preparing this whole meal at home - gnocchi plus meat balls and tiramisu. A wonderful way to spend time in Sorento- thank you Antonio

We had the best meal of our vacation and had a great time making it. We started with wine, asst cheeses with meats followed by in interactive lesson on making tiramisu. We are a family of 6 and the kids made the tiramisu followed by chicken cacciatore and gnocchi with red sauce. Such a great time with the chef. Lots of personality and lots of knowledge. Great with the adults and the kids. Make it part of your trip to Sorrento .
