Again it was so cheap to go in! 2 euros for me, 1 for my husband!

Pleasant little courtyard in the centre of the building with lots of oranges on the trees.... very attractive gothic 'aniseed twist' columns in the main ground floor exchange room - which was lovely and cool too!

The upstairs room has a very decorative wooden ceiling and a fascinating tiled floor.. one of those whichever way you look at it you see different patterns!

Well worth visiting as it dates from the 15th century and is in pristine condition.

Lonja de la Seda. The spot where silk was traded. Valencia was at the mediterranean end of the famous Silk Route and therefore incredibly rich at the time the city centre was built (you can see it if you compare the Ciutat Vella with that of Barcelona for instance). Even today the falleras during the Fallas are wearing silk dresses to commemorate the rich past of the city. The building itself an iconic example of late gothic style. The main Reading hall is something you just have to stand in, breathe the air, take in the atmosphere and try to visualise the past activities there. Upstairs is a Mesmerising 3D tiledfloor. The whole place is Well worth a visit, take an audio tour though. As the building is vastly empty you Will want to hear the detailed explanation of its function and build.

This building is worth the visit for its architectural qualities, Its across from the Central Market. Its cheap to enter& I had a reduction with the tourist card. Get an audio guide when visiting, its a couple of Euros (or discount with travel card), & helps you get a better understanding of the history of the buildings, the exterior& interior. The main hall area with the spiral columns is something else& upstairs to the back of the building has a room with a unique craftsmanship, wooden ceiling. Also a lovely garden in the centre. Worth a visit.

Costs very little to visit. A show of craftsmanship with the rear area having impressive wooden feature ceilings. The main Hal, area with spiral columns. Nice orange orchard patio area. Easily worth the visit and nearby the impressive cent4al market area a must visit

Nice building with great design/architecture and history, very well kept. I think it’s definitely worth going to see the outside of the building but not worth paying to enter it as there isn’t much to see.
