Amazing Hotel

We stayed here on our way back from Portugal and I must say we were pleasantly surprised.From the moment we arrived the staff were super helpful.The rooms are spacious,spotlessly clean with fluffy towels and bathrobes.There is even a pillow menu.The breakfast was excellent.The gym was great and all the machines were new.The best thing however was the honesty bar where we were able to enjoy some food and drink at no extra cost.We will definitely be back!

STAY FOR BUSINESS

I appreciated the style of the hotel, the service and the green area, a few minutes walking from the metro is an excellent solution also for tourism travel; modern and spacious rooms with modern and clean bathrooms, excellent solution!

Great place to be in lockdown

I was with a group of 29 Australians, who were in lock down due to the virus. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. They supplied us with wonderful food every day and the Chef always had a big smile for us all. We were placed in a difficult situation and the Manager, Receptionists, Restaurant staff and Cleaning staff, all made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope I am able to stay again. Thank you for looking after us.

Room tip: All rooms are great.

Wonderful

We stayed in Artiem Madrid for 4 days in March 2020. It was an excellent hotel. It is outside the city center but with good access by Taxi or public transportation to the center of Madrid. The rooms were spacious, veranda was lovely. The 24 hour free self service appetizers as well as beer and wine, soda, water was a real plus. The parking lot is difficult but that would be the only minor criticism for those with a car.

Welcoming and friendly hotel

We are currently here due to Madrid lockdown,and the Hotel couldn't be more helpful.we are very impressed with the staff,and the helpfulness of management.
