This hotel was ok for our one night stop over. Excellent friendly service. Only one person (Patricia?) understood English and she was marvelous. Huge room with no carpet so possibly noisy for room underneath. There was a safe but no Tea/Coffee facility. Very slippery shower tray and we had to stand on a hand towel to avoid an accident.
Small cafe style bar area with limited choice but very reasonable prices. Ultra modern boutique style decor everywhere.

Spent one night here in our way North. We were able to park just outside in the street, otherwise there is a large car park a couple of minutes away, I believe there would be a charge for this. Reception is modern, staff friendly and pleasant. Quite basic room, large shower room. Standard is equivalent of a Travelodge in the U.K. We had breakfast included in our room rate, it was not great quality, would not have paid for it separately. Next door to museum and close to the town centre and cathedral. Many restaurants to choose from in the town. Burgos is on the route of the Camino de Santiago, interesting to follow this through the town and the cathedral is very impressive. Hotel ok for one night stopover.

We are a family of 4 adults and had a quad room.
The hotel is relatively central and quite easy to find. A 10 minute walk from the central bus station. All attractions are within walking distance, except for the Catuga Miraflores Monestary, which is an easy 40 minute walk.
The hotel room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. Beds were good and quite comfortable & sofa bed provided was also very good. Bathroom reasonably modern and clean, with excellent water pressure. We would not hesitate staying there again.
Only down side was 1.breakfast was not included in the price, cost was euro 8 per person & what i saw was average. 2. There is no bar fridge in room.
There is a reasonable sized supermarket in Burgos, close to the bus terminus.
Overall hotel was quite good.

The rooms are a bit cramped, but adequate. The bedding was nice. The bathrooms have a nice size shower and an unusual glass door to the toilet which projects out slightly so that it could be easy to bump a toe on it at night when going there in the dark. The breakfast buffet was better than expected with bacon, cold cuts, eggs, breads, jams, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruits, sweet cookies and cakes (bought), juices, and coffee. An odd thing is that they expect you to use your own fork and spoon to pick up almost all items on the buffet rather than putting serving spoons and serving tongs at each location. There is noise from people in the hallways and sometimes from the private dinner parties they hosted both evenings we were there and which lasted until late in the evening. The WiFi is way too low for today's standards with a download speed of about 4 Mbps (measured twice on different days).

A small modern hotel practically right beside the Museum of evolution. A must visit. Give it a few hours.
Hotel rooms are compact clean and comfortable.
Expedia had warned us the make sure to check in not later than 14.00 hrs. This proved totally wrong.
Breakfast is included. Negative, hot dishes were still cold.
A cafeteria is located alongside hotel.
Overall acceptable
