Arrived late after travelling from Madrid. The reception area has a unique style retaining its early 20th century wood panelling. The rooms are a little old fashioned but clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, fresh fruit available with a wide variety of items for a continental breakfast.

This is an older hotel in Burgos where we have stayed twice. It’s very clean, a lovely place to stay and less expensive than some. If you are walking the Camino, the receptionist is the most helpful and gracious person along the way. She will go to great lengths to help you. Seriously the best. The morning breakfast is wonderful. This is a convenient location to the Cathedral and all other services.

This hotel is well located near the centre of Burgos. A short walk to the cathedral.

Our room was very large, clean, spacious and furnished with a king-size bed. Room was quite comfortable for the price.

Good bathroom facilities with a bathtub.

Reasonable wifi connection in the room.

Breakfast is available but we ate elsewhere.

Sleep quality is excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

No gym or swimming pool.

I spent 5 nights and then later one night at this hotel. The location of the hotel was very good, one did not have to walk very far for the main attractions like the Cathedral. On the first visit I was allocated room No. 311 that had a balcony overlooking the pedestrian precinct. The lounge in the hotel is in the style of the early 20th century which had charm. The room was large and so was the bathroom that had modern equipment. In total everything was very satisfactory. Ok, the wooden floorboards creaked a little, but that did not affect the quality of stay.

The very friendly staff were well informed and gave advice as to the better restaurants and where and what to visit. they all spoke a good level of English. They were all willing to help the guests.

The breakfast buffet for 7.70€ was acceptable even though choice was a little limited. Notwithstanding the price was very reasonable. The breakfast room was large and spacious.

On my return stay for one night I was given room 312, this room was slightly smaller but still very comfortable with all the mod cons in the bathroom except a shower closet. One could still take a shower standing in the bathtub. All the windows were double glazed so there was no outside noise.

The price per night was very reasonable. Yes, i would highly recommend this hotel and I would certainly use it again if i returned to Burgos.

A really good hotel in its category. Located right in the old town 5 mins walk from the old square where the Cathedral is.

Lots of Tapas bars and restaurant ( BR) located all around the hotel. Obviously there is no air conditioning in the hotel so in the summers might get hot in the rooms . They do not provide any Fans .

A special mention of Teresa at the front desk , very helpful and warm.

Rooms are nice and cosy and have windows which open to the cobblestone streets . It can get noisy at night since it’s in the Centre but it calms down after 23.00 hrs ( 11pm) .
