Stayed here for one night as part of a group booking. Check in for the group was very efficient. This is a traditional style hotel and that is very much part of its charm. The bedroom is accessed using a proper key as is the safe. The bedroom and bathroom had all the facilities required. We had a room at the front of the hotel and despite the shutter there was some noise from outside during the night.
Breakfast was outstanding, an excellent selection of fresh fruit, meat, cheese and bread, there was an apple tart for breakfast that is not to be missed. The dining room is a lovely bright room with an unusual mix of tables. The lady looking after guests was very helpful.
The hotel is in a central location, reception can provide a map of the area. Turning left out of the hotel it is a flat ten minute walk to the Cathedral.

Stopped here en route to Bilbao, if you're driving here then be aware that the parking is underground and accessed from the middle of the road. You need to go to the hotel to get access. Hotel was pleasant and we had a HUGE room with three double beds!?.
Well situated with lots of restaurants near at hand.
Pleasant staff, would use again.

Just about far enough away from the busy areas to be quiet but close enough foran easy walk to sightsee, snack, drink, eat and stroll. Bright and clean, the hotel offers a warm, friendly welcome. The rooms are a good size and come with everything you would expect. The corridors are museums in themselves and deserve a closer look. The breakfast was amazing - too good to rush. The lady overseeing things in the restaurant was charming and helpful. Car parking is underground and in front of the hotel which has it's own dedicated places. Great place to stay.

Stayed here 2 nights. Easy to find and staff welcoming. Parking is underground so when parking stop your vehicle at least 50yds before hotel to drop luggage as not lift in underground parking and its 2 levels down or u.ll end up driving past the entrance to it and will have to go round again. Hotel very comfy and clean. Breakfast was good everything you need. Very close to all attractions and old town. Only thing to complain about was the lady on reception told us how much the bill was with breakfast and parking included €182 for 2 nights then when we came to pay a it had jumped to €204 as she said parking was not on the bill before but she deffinately said it was. Parking seemed a steep for a motorbike as we are.nt normally charged the same as a car its nornally half the price. That was our only complaint. Would stop again.
