This gem is located in a quiet area a short walking distance from the Rambla and Cathedral. We were greeted graciously on our arrival and, after a coffee in the beautiful bar, dropped our bags in a spacious air-conditioned two floor room before exploring Palma. The is a spa in the basement and a pool and terrace in the roof. A perfect hotel. It also houses the exceptional Marc Fosh restaurant, about which more elsewhere.

My wife and I have just returned to London after spending 5 nights in this amazing hotel! Situated in the old town, it is an oasis of calm and charm. All of the staff are wonderful and beyond helpful! On arrival, sitting in the Art bar, we were upgraded to a suite by the wonderful Susanna whilst sipping complimentary Cavas!
Our suite was excellent!with a bath/jacuzzi on the trrrace!
Everywhere is within walking distance!
Although we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel, it looked fab! We are on our last night in restaurant Foch downstairs- a wonderful treat with wine pairing!
Wonderful week-have already booked for a longer stay next year.. a hotel and staff to relish!!!

Nothing too much trouble for the excellent staff. Lovely roof top terrace with plunge pool and relaxation area. The hotel has a charming history that was well-explained by the management. Beautiful works of art on display that complement the original architecture. The offer at breakfast was plentiful and varied with local specialities. Very highly recommended. We shall return.

This hotel is exceptional and a testament to very good hotel manager Javier. From start to finish, I can’t reccommend this place enough. The entrance door is very unassuming and when you step into converted monastery it really is a delightful surprise. Javier the hotel manager greeted us and lead us to the bar where we were given a welcome drink while he checked us in. He has a very natural, friendly vibe about him when was very welcoming. From there he gave us some information about the surrounding area, a tour of the hotel which ended with us being shown to our rooms.

Rooms
Modern and chic,l’occatine bath products
Rainfall shower, high ceilings, tv with Netflix.

Amenities
There is a small gym which has a few machines and weights.
A glorious rooftop pool with sunloungers, seating area and small pool which never felt busy. Complimentary water provided.
Breakfast - was again exceptional. Firstly it runs till 11am, you can have it in your room at no extra cost. There is a full spread of everything from cold meats, cereals, fruits etc.. then a la carte hot menu. And the option of a glass of cava if you fancy. The daily fruit shoot was a lovely touch and Walter and his team provide the friendliest, flawless service
Spa - there is a small spa which is in the converted wine cellar in the basement. Small plunge pool, sauna and waterbed. And the spa can be booked exclusively for an hour so you can have a private sesesion of relaxing at no extra cost. Again super nice.

Staff - were simply wonderful throughout. From William at the bar, Walter at breakfast. The ladies who cleaned our room, literally everyone was so friendly and helpful in an effortless way. Having stayed at various places around the world, it really does make all the difference.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to sites, restaurants, market and the port. And the hotel staff were great at recommending dinner spots, none of which disappointed.

All in all, I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a break in Palma. And can’t wait to return.

Just returned from a wonderful short break at Convent de la Missio. A truly wonderful conversion of a beautiful old building - stylish and understated. Convenient location, walking distance of all the major attractions and shopping areas. The terrace is small but, again, perfectly formed! But, more than anything, it was the service at this hotel that made it so special, nothing was too much trouble. Joan, William and Walter deserve particular mention, their smiles, warmth, humour and kindness were exceptional. A very special birthday celebration made all the better by the professionalism of the hotel staff. Sincere thanks
