Had an amazing weekend getaway in Granada! This hotel was located in the middle of everything. It was close to all the narrow streets of the old town, but the Plaza Nueva was still next door. We had a straight view to Alhambra from our room! The breakfast was good, the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

I read about this hotel in Rick Steves travel guide. The hotel was in a good location but the rooms (we had two rooms) were not very clean and the front desk staff was very unhelpful. The breakfast buffet was a rip off. The pillows were flat and hard.

Excellent location for the tourist sites in Granada. Staff are friendly and the cold buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious.

As with most hotels in Spain the rooms do not have tea/coffee making facilities. A kettle would have been a bonus.

We would definitely recommend the hotel.

We loved that there were many stores within a walking distance from the hotel. Even the stadium for the bull fights.
Staff were amazing, we had Sergio, Carmen, Rose and Paula. We were made to feel very welcome. Great view from our hotel room. Well stocked room with fruit on arrival. Friendly and professional staff. The restaurnat next door was amazing. Buffet had a good selection of choices. I would stay there again. Muchas gracias!!

This hotel is close to the Plaza Nueva in Granada down a side street. It is moderate sized with a helpful efficient and welcoming reception. All the staff at the front desk were helpful and made us feel we were valued even just walking in and out. The room in the attic as it was described was well appointed including a kettle with tea and coffee not often available in Spain we have found. We had a view of the Alhambra from the balcony. You could get a lift to third floor but then a flight of steps to one of the three rooms on the fourth. They served breakfast although we didn't eat in. Very clean and well serviced everyday. Highly recommended
