Friendly staff, helpful. Night man very friendly helpful and a good laugh. Very accomodating and opened the bar no matter what time we arrived back after a meal. Rooms are a decent size and kept clean, beds are comfortable and we were offered additional covers if required. A short stroll to the promenade, shops and restaurant. Breakfast was a good selection, but I think keeping the door open next to the food makes it go cold quite quickly. Nice hotel, not sure why the negative comments. Only thing is there is a lot of dog muck around the streets, shame they dont do the same as in England.

Not a bad location and fairly good views but it is an old hotel that needs some renovation. Pillows were too soft and they provide no spare ones. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included. Food is ordinary. We spent a weekend and that was good enough.

The hotel is basic but nice. The food is not great. We had all inclusive but is nothing like the all inclusive holidays I’ve had in the past, it’s more like full board with a few crappy cocktails thrown in. There is nothing for kids to do, food is not really great for kids apart from chips lol
I read the reviews a couple of days before we came so was a little late to do anything about it. If you are English DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. The staff speak very little English and are quite rude except a few. The other guests are all Spanish and made our stay a little uncomfortable. I would not recommend nor would I stay again. Only 2 days to go then hometime........phew

If you are English, I would recommend going somewhere else as the guests during our stay were all spanish (apart from ourselves and 4 others) also the staff know and understand very little English. The rooms are very basic, with no fridge or coffee/tea facilities, however very clean. Food is not the best and even though we paid for all inclusive we found ourselves eating out. Pool and pool area are clean and monitored but there are only around 30 sun beds for a 90-roomed hotel. The location is not too far from a variety of restaurants and bars, 10 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to Benalmádena.

On our arrival we were greeted by Elena at reception, who was so helpful to us during our whole stay. All the staff were polite & helpful, and nothing was too much trouble.
What is very important to us is how clean a hotel is, especially the rooms. To be honest, this is about the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in, it was spotless, inside and outside. Very nice pool area, which again was spotless.
It is in a very quiet location, away from the main road. About 10 minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops etc., but on your return, it is all uphill, but not too bad.
We only had bed & breakfast as we like eating in different places, but there was plenty of choice at breakfast.
Plenty of buses nearby, and two train stations ten minutes walk away. During the week we visited Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benelmadena etc., all on public transport, so easy.
If we go back to Torremolinos, we will definately stay here again.
