Just got back from this hotel room 615 travelled with partner & 2 teenage girls & 2 boys . Room was just not big enough to accommodate this amount of people. One small bathroom, dining table with 4 chairs, smallest balcony in the hotel with small table & 4 outside chairs. Knives & forks for 4 people, everything for 4 people! Basically they squeezed an extra bed in room & said it was for 6! The bedrooms are not private as they have a glass less window looking into room so no privacy for anyone. YOU CAN PAY £40 FOR PREMIUM INTERNET WHICH WITH 4 KIDS WAS A MUST WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU IS IT IS LIMITED TO JUST 2 DEVICES! No refunds so be warned! The noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in the maids shout across the corridors from 8am scraping furniture along the floor, kids crying at all hours in morning & party revellers coming home between midnight & 3am amounting to just a few hours of sleep a night. No singers available for the whole 2 weeks we were there as usual all reserved by 9.30 when pool opened. Gym & indoor pool didn't open till 11am so couldn't use first thing The hotel is in a great spot for town & beach & reception area is lovely but rooms are basic & tired and room was only big enough to accommodate 4 people despite booking a year in advance so although we love the resort and will be back we won't be using this hotel again!

We arrived and our room wasn't ready, not to worry, we were knackered after an early flight so conked out on the surprisingly comfy sofas at reception. Once room was ready we headed up with trepidation after reading some of the reviews on here. We were pleasantly surprised, although not one of the recently refurbished rooms it was clean, comfy and perfect for us, a family of 5 (kids aged 15, 18 and 20). It was a 2 bedroom apartment at the end of the block, facing nothing in particular but the time we spend on the balcony wasn't that often so we weren't bothered. There were quite a lot of people at reception moaning and asking to be moved.

We were self catering but had the odd snack at the pool area which was always very good and the service was also very good there.

The biggest grumble was that there are nowhere near enough sunbeds as there are people who want them and the pool only opens at 10am. People were queuiong up to get to the pool from 9:30 and by the time the attendant squeezed through and opened the doors there was a surge towards the pool area, elderly people being knocked over in the wake of much younger folk sprinting for beds. That was the worst bit and we ended up going to the beach a couple of days because we couldn't be bothered with the race. There was also an annoying habit of folk "reserving" beds and then just disappearing for hours on end.

Everything else was fine, we slept well, the drinks were a bit expensive in the hotel but we didn't really stay in the hotel much in the evening.

There's some great bars towards the beach area and some greatg bars and restaurants up the road in the main town which is easily accessed using the hotels private lift. There;'s actually loads to do in Torremolinos and after this being our 1st time there we would go back.

Room Tip: It's a lottery I think but were were in 208 and it was find for a family of 5 with grown up kids

Stay here first week in August. Fantastic location short walking distance to the beach and shops. The downfall was our room. We booked a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults. We were located on the 7th floor we had a balcony were the view of the sea was minimum due to the height of the trees outside which if cut down would have made such a difference. The room was old in its furnishings not what we saw on its website but we weren't going to be in it much but the one big complaint was the single bed in the lounge area it was a camp bed with a very thin mattress it was back breaking you could feel the rods through the mattress we really should have complained and the double bed was very hard. The pillows were a joke. On the plus side the hotel staff were so lovely and friendly especially a young waiter called Lazaro who was so helpful, gave service with a smile and his great attitude is a asset to this place. Would go back here again if the beds were up to standard and because of the staff and great location.
