Yachts, luxurios cars, famous fashion brands and people who show off. If I was in my early 20's, probaly I was saying that I should spend a summer here. But, is enough to pass by.

The marina promenade at Puerto Banus is the most ritzy, glamorous, moneyed place along the Costa del Sol. It is full of high end fashion shops, bars, fine dining, luxury cars and police ensuring security! The architecture of the buildings, gardens and walkways are all very nice.

As always busy but not overcrowded. I remember a quote of a dive instructor in Sardinia: "The real wealthy are in their private villas or their cruisers, you don't see them. Those who want to appear wealthy, you see them in Porto Cervo in their rented Ferraris or motorboats".

I am not sure if the same applies to Puerto Banus, but having been there for very short durations with our friends, I did find people seemingly loafing around through the port without a purpose.
