We have stayed here 2 summers in a row with our son 5 years old, 12-14 days. We live in Oslo, Norway.
We are returning in September. This year I left the hotel area once! No need to leave. Lots of things to do around the pools or beach. Many restaurants in the plaza, gym and a top tennis club. Food is all round a wonderful experience from breakfast till dinner and the staff always helpful and friendly. It is classy as I like it, but in an informal, friendly way.

See u in September, Puente Romano!!

This was our first visit and to be honest the layout of the property took a bit of getting used to. Once we had settled in we had a great time and greatly enjoyed the dining options. The new lounge for residents will be a welcome addition as it gives an option for a quiet drink and chat.

Myself and my missus comes here quite often. This is purely for few reasons.
There's nothing like to enjoy a dinner and an evening beverage whilst staying away from all the grim holiday takers in Banus. Don't take me wrong, Banus is great to party... but we actually live here. So Puente Romano and its restaurants are just the place to visit.

I am very particular about rooms in a hotel. I booked 2 junior suites to have space for our family of four. The room size is big enough but the decoration of both rooms were completely different and were not in a very cheap way. It was not what I had envisioned for the price I was paying. The housekeeping was terribly inconsistent. One day we had water for our bedside at turn down service but most days we didn't. The vacuum cleaner was left outside our room overnight. My children's room stank of stale cigarettes. The two swimming pool available to guests were overcrowded and not very clean. What we liked about Puente Romano was the dining scene. With so many choices of restaurants, it was great to eat in so to speak. We had great meals at Nobu, Thai Gallery and Monkey Bar. We also enjoyed the Beach Club and the chiringuito restaurant. I had a very nice massage at the Six Senses Spa which was the epitome of the very classy and chic spa. I just don't understand why the rest of the hotel couldn;t be more like this. The breakfast was plentiful and good.
